Each client is given a 15 minute grace period after the appointment time with those minutes being deducted from treatment session. After the 15 minute grace period the appointment may need to be rescheduled.. A late cancellation fee may apply.
The Pamper Parlour has a 24 hour cancellation policy. If the appointment is canceled within 24 hours leading to the appointment a late cancellation/no show fee of $25 to 50% of the total cost of the services. The Pamper Parlour has a STRICT NO REFUND POLICY.
